Lighthouse Family - High (lyrics)
When you’re close to tears rememberSome day it’ll all be over
One day ’we’re gonna get so high
And though it’s darker than december
What’s ahead is a different colour
One day ’we’re gonna get so high

 And at
 The end of the day
 We’ll remember the days
We were close to the edge
And we’ll wonder how we made it through
 And at
 The end of the day
 We’ll remember the way
We stayed so close to till the end
We’ll remember it was me and you

’cause we are gonna be forever you and me
You’ll always keep me flying high in the sky of love

Don’t you think it’s time you started
 Doing what we always wanted
One day ’we’re gonna get so high
’cause even the impossible is easy
 When we got each other
One day ’we’re gonna get so high

 And at
 The end of the day
 We’ll remember the days
We were close to the edge
And we’ll wonder how we made it through
 And at
 The end of the day
 We’ll remember the way
We stayed so close to till the end
We’ll remember it was me and you

  American Pie Lyrics
A long long time ago
 I can still remember how
That music used to make me smile
And I knew if I had my chance
That I could make those people dance
And maybe they'd be happy for a while

Did you write the book of love
And do you have faith in God above
If the Bible tells you so?
Now do you believe in rock and roll?
Can music save your mortal soul?
And can you teach me how to dance real slow?

 The day the music died
 I started singin'

 Bye, bye Miss American Pie
Drove my Chevy to the levee but the levee was dry

I met a girl who sang the blues
And I asked her for some happy news
But she just smiled and turned away
Then I went down to the sacred store
Where I'd heard the music years before
But the man there said the music wouldn't play
Well now in the streets the children screamed
The lovers cried and the poets dreamed
But not a word was spoken
The church bells all were broken
And the three men I admire most
the Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost
They caught the last train for the coast
 The day the music died
 We started singing

Lyrics from Mariah Carey...
Make it through the rain

When you get caught in the rain with no
where to runWhen you're distraught and in pain without anyone

when you keep crying out to be saved
 but nobody comes
And you feel so far away
That you just can't find your way home
 You can get there alone
It's okay, what you say is

I can make it through the rain
I can stand up once again on my own
And I know that I'm strong enough to mend
And everytime I feel afraid I hold tighter to my faith
And I live one more day and I make it through the rain

And if you keep falling down don't you dare
give in
You will arise safe and sound, so keep pressing on steadfastly
And you'll find what you need to prevail
 What you say is

I can make it through the rain
I can stand up once again on my own
And I know that I'm strong enough to mend
And everytime I feel afraid I hold tighter to my faith
And I live one more day and I'll make it through the rain

And when the rain blows, as shadows
grow close don't be afraid
 There's nothing you can't face
And should they tell you you'll never pull through
Don't hesitate, stand tall and say

I can make it through the rain
I can stand up once again on my own
And I know that I'm strong enough to mend
And everytime I feel afraid I hold tighter to my faith
And I live one more day and I make it through the rain

I can make it through the rain
 And stand up once again
And I live one more day
And I can make it through the rain
 (Oh, yes you can)
You're gonna make it through the ... rain

-------------------------------------------------------
damn these diseases that steal the joy from
lifejust damn

there is no fairness...no justice
 nothing to say
...that could possibly make this pain go away

This is what millions of people feel every single day?

yes there is always another day...another sunrise
 ...another sunset

 but not now
 ...not today

Mclachlan LYRICS
 "Silence"

 Give me release
 witness me
 I am outside
 give me peace

Heaven holds a sense of wonder
 and I wanted to believe
 that I'd get caught up
when the rage in me subsides

 In this white wave
 I am sinking
 in this silence
 in this white wave
 in this silence
 I believe

 Passion chokes the flower
 'til she cries no more
 possessing all the beauty
 hungry still for more

Heaven holds a sense of wonder...

 I can't help this longing
 comfort me
I can't hold it all in
 if you won't let me

Heaven holds a sense of wonder...

 In this white wave
 I am sinking
 in this silence
 in this white wave
 in this silence
 I believe

 I have seen you
 in this white wave
 you are silent
 you are breathing
 in this white wave
 I am free

 David...
I know you are out there and if you get to read this... I will make it through this...I promise you that.
I won't fail you
 ...I won't fail myself
I know you are walking by that OCEAN that I ALWAYS dream
about.  Those waves CRASHING ashore...those SUNSETS from HEAVEN.  I
just wish I was there walking with you.  Talking about nothing and thinking
about everything.   These are difficult days.  For both of us.
Damn this disease...it isn't fair.  IT WAS NEVER FAIR.
Enjoy those Ocean Waves...they are a lullaby.  That
is why GOD made the ocean.  Just for this reason...to walk along those sandy shorelines.
A way to escape from EVERYTHING...this CHAOS...this CRAZINESS that we call life.
I love you - you are and ALWAYS will be my SUPERHERO. Listen for that wave...the one that calls your name.
It is where you will find that peace you have waited so long for. - beau Flowers in the front yard :)
