As we anxiously await word from
Canada on my
immigration issues (I know
the decision will be handed down soon by the Chief
Justice of the Supreme Court) - okay well maybe it won't
happen like that but still...as we wait for word I will
try to entertain everyone with a song.
I can't find my
sheet music...I will keep looking though.
However, I will tell you that I had a dream on
Saturday Night about this huge earthquake in San
Francisco and all we had left to eat were TWINKIES.
In the dream I had to carry a gun just to protect our
Twinkie supply. Scary I know.

Night. I am certain that is why I had this dream.
So anyway I woke up on Sunday Morning craving
Twinkies. I used to eat a lot of Twinkies...but
they gave me headaches. Oh well you can't have
everything in life.
Must not think about Twinkies...must not think about
Twinkies...must not think about Twinkies.
Thanks Kristy...you inspired my dreams.
And it had to happen...we finally put away the Easter
Decorations. I know...I know it is still early.
Well it was time. I thought we would try and do it
before July 4th. And so we did. I say
we...it was actually I.
Baby Bird Update...
The birds are being fed by the
mother. I watched today to make sure. They
are so big that I am afraid they might fall out of the
nest. So I have taken measures to protect
them...just in case. I have wrapped a protective
covering completely around the tree. If a bird
falls out it will not be able to escape. I can
then simply place it back in the nest. This is the
plan at least. Perhaps we can keep the
cats away as well.
Anyone know how long it takes until these baby birds
will be ready to fly? Hopefully sooner than later.
They can't get too much larger...they won't be able to
fit in the nest. I have counted four birds.
I don't think I missed any.

SPC has placed our region
in a slight risk for severe thunderstorms on Tuesday.
This should mainly occur during the afternoon and
evening hours. Some gusty winds and hail will be
possible. Not a huge threat...but a threat
none-the-less.
