Paris continues :)
Tuesday

Another warm day here in Paris. There are a lot more clouds today so perhaps we might
get a thundershower? Lot of cumulus clouds :)
Alberto is hitting Florida. Not a huge storm but a storm none-the-less. They do need the
rain. They could do without the wind.

We spent most of today walking around. We were going to see the Mona Lisa but the museum was closed. We may go
in the morning. We did spend awhile at Notre Dame. A beautiful church/cathedral. The stained glass was incredible.
The people here in France have been extremely kind. We have not met anyone that was rude. :) I have been pleasantly surprised.
You never know what to expect. I have heard so many stories about France. So far we have had an enjoyable visit. People are
nice, shopping is great, food is good, the weather is warm! No complaints from France!!!!!

Here are some photos from Notre Dame and the surrounding area...

Beautiful stained glass windows...awesome :)

Inside of the cathedral - there is so much artwork. Incredible beauty.

More stained glass

More of the art inside the Cathedral - an amazing place to visit.

Shopping for mother :) This is one of the department stores that we ended up at....

We found this restaurant on top of one of the shopping centers. There is a beach there in the
background - to the left :) It was pretty hot up there!

On top of the shopping center

One of the hundreds of statues around Paris - the Eiffel Tower in the background.

This is Joey - LOST in Paris - he is looking at the map. Well maybe we were not
lost. This city is pretty big though!!!!
